What should I bring with me when I visit the gym for the first time?
When you come to train, wear clothes that will give you comfort to perform the exercises with greater ease as well as sports shoes. Also, take a towel and a bottle of water with you. A few sips help you maintain your hydration.

And of course, don’t forget your good mood!
How long does the workout last?

The duration of all lessons is 50 minutes.

I've never exercised before, will I be able to do it?

At Project Fitness Studio there are classes for all levels of exercisers, both beginners and advanced, so that we can help every exerciser, through constant supervision and systematic guidance, to incorporate physical exercise into their daily routine and enjoy its beneficial benefits.

What is the best time to come to the gym?

There is no restriction or prescription regarding the time of attendance at the gym. The ideal time to exercise is the one that suits the rhythm of your life so that you can stick to your program for a longer period of time.
